Southern Concepts Properties is creating unrivaled destinations for 18 families who collectively invest in 3 estate homes – referred to as a “Concept”. In addition to enjoying the estate homes for their vacations, the owners can also benefit as the value of their properties increase. Consistency in the overall quality and unmatched experience throughout each destination is what separates these locations from any competition.
The Concepts are made up of the following:
1. A Sportsman’s Paradise that encompasses three spectacular destinations that offer an array of outdoor opportunities. In addition to these opportunities, each location will have their own separate focus, whether it be Big Game, Upland Bird Hunting, or Fishing.
2. A Wellness Escape in a Coastal Area, Mountain Hilltops, and an Authentic Charming City. With a focus on rejuvenation, relaxation, and food & beverage through creating unforgettable memories, the wellness escape is sure to bring fulfillment and refresh the soul.
With just 18 owners for each concept, it allows each family to potentially enjoy 6 weeks of vacation time each year. Through a reciprocity program, owners could also exchange time with other Southern Concepts Properties, allowing the opportunity to experience additional properties beyond the ones they own.
Over the next three years, Southern Concepts Properties plans to develop future concepts in various Southeastern States. Depending on the size of the dwelling, each concept will range from only $650,000 to $950,000 in capital contribution and $45,000 to $65,000 annual dues.
